Tian, CHRP graduated from Ted Rogers School of Management in 2016 and will bring to your organization expertise built on 7 years of progressive HR experience. Tian worked with companies in the finance, retail, electronics, manufacturing, distribution, and automotive industries. He worked with client groups ranging from 100 employees in medium businesses to over 1,000 headcount in larger matrixed organizations. He focuses on recruitment, employee relations, health and safety, HR strategy, compensation, and overall advice. Tian is currently preparing for his CHRL designation.
